2.PC plate cutting: PC plate cutting process is relatively simple, easy to operate and high efficiency, low processing costs. The main processing is PC sheet processing business whose size requirements for precision is not high. The accuracy of PC plate cutting is related to the cutting precision of the table saw and the working experience of the cutting master. Manual control accuracy of PC board cutting is generally around 0.5mm.

5.PC plate bending (cold bending, hot bending): Hot bending refers to the mechanical or manual bending of the PC plate by means of mechanical or other special methods after local heating. Cold bending is a mechanical or artificial bending at room temperature. In order to avoid the impression of knife mold on the PC plate when bending, we should choose right thickness of PC plate and knife mold. In order to avoid bending corner cracking to open the bend, the size of the bend and the thickness of the plate has a certain relationship.

6.PC board pressing stereotypes: soften the plate by putting into a high temperature machinery for a period of time, and then form by cooling in advanced preparation of the mold. Taking PC board as an example: If the PC board is placed for a long time, making drying and dehumidification before thermal forming. Otherwise PC board will have white bubbles inside. PC board’s temperature will drop very quickly at room, so put it into a plastic, cooling, molding immediately from the oven.

7.PC plate punching: This process is efficient. Sheet is relatively thin and need to be processed many holes can only be used to process, the cost will be relatively high with CNC or general sculpture. PC plate stamping on the PC board which is required to have a certain toughness. Hydraulic punching machine has limitations on the thickness of the plate, the thickness of PC sheet generally can only be less than 1.5mm. When the plate thickness is more than 2mm, the stamping cost will increase. At present, most of the stamping process of PC plate is less than 1.5mm, and the quantity is relatively large.

8.PC plate bonding: Each kind of plastic board can be bonded with a special glue, which is determined by the physical properties of the plate. The adhesion of PC plate depends on the bonding strength, the flatness of the bonding site and the appearance effect after the bonding.

9.PC plate polishing: Mainly aimed at the subsequent processing for the cross section of the PC board after cutting or engraving. The types of polishing: General wool pad polishing, polishing knife or art knife polishing, laser flame polishing, etc. Each polishing process has its own advantages, which can be chosen according to different requirements.

10.PC board printing: Almost all of the PC board can be processed and printed as needed. It will be better to print PC board in a clean workshop.
