1.Remove approximately 5cm of film from all sheet edges before installing.
2.Remove all film immediately after completing the installation, then cover again to protect the sheet surface until the completion of the construction. Don't remove or damage the protection film until sheets are properly installed.
3.Don’t remove protection film when cutting. After cutting blow away chips and seal again with anti-dust tape. The diameter of drill holes must be 50% larger than of the screws to allow thermal expansion.
4.Provide enough space to allow for thermal expansion due to seasonal temperature fluctuation.
5.Sheets must always be installed with ribs vertical inclination. Close lower ends with perforated aluminium tape and/or a perforated U profile.
6.Sealants and gaskets must be compatible to polycarbonate.
7.When cold bending, the sheet must not be bent with the generate parallel to the honeycombs since in this way the curved beam effect is lost, and this can cause stress more than 175 times of the curvature must be more than 175 times of the sheet thickness.
8.Always keep sheet surface clean. Don't walk on PC sheet at any time.
9.Always install with at least 15% slope in the lines way.
10.Rinse sheet with lukewarm water {below 60% °C}. Wash with mild soap or mild detergent and a soft cloth or sponge. Gently wash to loosen remaining dirt and grime. don't scrub or use brushes or rough fibre. never scrape PC sheet with squeegees, razor blades or other sharp instruments. Rinse once more. Dry with soft cloth or chamois to prevent water spotting.To remove grease, wet paint or stickers, rub gently with a soft cloth wetted thoroughly in anhydrous ethyl alcohol, VM&P, naphtha or kerosene.
11.Sheets must not contact with alkaline, alkali salts, amines, ketone, aldehyde, esters, ethers, chlorinated hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons, methanol and isopropanal, etc.
12.The UV-protected side of the sheet is covered with printed film and must face towards the sun.
13.Must be padded and packaged in good condition during storage and transportation.don't store under direct sunlight or without shelter from rain.
