As we all know, now we can see PC sheet everywhere in life. It bring a great convenience to our life, but how much do you know about the PC board?
What is UV? UV is the electromagnetic spectrum of the wavelength from 10nm to 400nm radiation in general, can not cause people's vision. In 1801 the German physicist Ritter found in the daylight spectrum of the purple end of a section can make silver bromide photographic film sensitive, and thus found the presence of ultraviolet. 

The damage of UV:
· Immune function decline
· Deep damage to genetic factors
· Increased incidence of skin cancer, cataract;
· Increased incidence of pigmentation cancer in the back and hands and feet;
· Resulting in dull skin, aging, spots, wrinkles
· An increase in keratosis of precancerous lesions
· Long-term exposure to short-wave UV may cause tooth pain
· UV will also promote the accelerated aging of furniture and furnishings fade

Why PC board can extend the life of the product itself with anti-UV and anti-aging? 
PC board is squeezed a UV-resistant layer on the surface in the production process, thereby reducing UV corrosion for the PC board.  The UV coating is squeezed by an expensive separate machine, which resulted in the UV material directly added to the PC material inside by vast majority of manufacturers in the production process. Some manufacturers even simply do not add UV material in the case of consumers without knowledge, which greatly damaged the service life of the PC board.
Do not believe that UV material added to the raw materials are same as anti-ultraviolet added on the surface. The difference between UV material added to the product surface and mixed into the PC material:
UV coating is a hostile relationship with the ultraviolet, where the ultraviolet imagined to the invaders, the UV coating imagined to the ability of the defenders, PC material imagined to the innocent villagers need protection. The UV material added to the surface of the PC material is equivalent to put all the power on the periphery of villagers, making the invading forces can not penetrate, thus ensuring the service life of the board. The UV material mixed into PC material which is equivalent to put power on each household of the villagers, faced with a large number of invaders, scattered resistance is not enough to play a protective role.
According to experience: the service life of UV material mixed into the PC compared to the UV material added to the surface shorten 3-5 years.
