Simple distinction and identification methods of Pure new acrylic board and regeneration board
Distinction  methods:
1.Pure new acrylic board:
A:Transmittance is more than 92%, transparent and colorless at cross-section
B:Excellent anti ultraviolet performance, will not fade, lost light, turn yellow, and crack outdoor within 5-8years.
C:High surface hardness , and equivalent to aluminum and brass
D:Good anti cracking and anti chemical properties
E:High quality protective film,and provide sufficient protection
2.The new material regeneration board transparent acrylic board:
A:Transmittance is less than 92%, and is yellowat cross-section
B:Poor anti ultraviolet performance , and it will be yellowup to half a year, and prone to crack at sun exposure
C:Low surface hardness, and easy to scratch
D:Easy to crack
E:The protective film is of low quality and easy to be aged and deteriorated.
Identification methods:
1.The new material regeneration board:
A:The appearance of regeneration board is yellow
B:The surface is easy to scratch,and produce irritating smell during the cutting
C:When hot forming, it is easy to produce bubble deformation
D:Sensitive to paint and ink,and easy to have a silver grain and crack
E:When burning, the bubbles emit black smoke and pungent odor.
2.Pure new acrylic board:
A:The appearance is pure, it is obvious from the cross section.
B:Excellent surface hardness and scratch resistance, and no irritating smell during the cutting
C:When hot forming, it is not easy to produce bubble deformation
D:Stable adaptability to paint and ink
E:When burning, there is no blister, no black smoke, and no irritating smell
